Hypertuned AZEQ6

Hi all,

Since now I have Mach1, I have decided that I do not need my AZEQ6 anymore. I am the original owner and bought the mount from AstroPetes in 2014. In 2015 I accidentally short circuited the mount and consequently the circuit board was replaced by Skywatcher. The mount was hypertuned in the USA in the second half of 2016. On average, when guiding, it gives me a total RMS 0.6", occasionally dropping as low as around 0.4", but at times it would go higher too.

Images taken with this mount can be seen here: http://www.astrobin.com/users/Slawomir/

What is included:

  1. Hypertuned AZEQ6 with tripod, keypad, two counterweights and all original accessories that normally come with a new AZEQ6.
  2. TPI tripod spreader.

Important: the power cord has been modified by me, so now it ends with banana plugs that I used with my 20A power supply (I discarded the end with a cigarette plug). A new cord can be purchased easily if needed.

The mount does not come with a power supply.

Still have the original boxes. The mount is virtually as new, counterweights have a few spots with chipped paint. I have attached a few images for reference. Telescope, of course, is not included

I am open to reasonable offers.

Thank you all very much for the enquiries. Since no one so far has made an offer, I am asking $2000 for the lot.

Here is why:
- Price of a new mount at Astro Petes $2395
- TPI tripod spreader: US$270
- Hyper-tune service: US$405 (not including shipment to the US and back to Oz)

Total: about 3300 AUD

The mount has been sold according to the order of making an enquiry and willingness to go ahead with the translation.

Thank you all for your interest.
