Not sure if I'd call it HD though - I know it's an HD file on Youtube but the source is interlaced and the aspect ratio is wrong in some sections.
There is a company selling what they claim to be uncompressed full HD footage of all the onboard 16mm footage from all the Apollo missions. There's no sample unfortunately and they don't say where they got the source footage from - not sure if I'd believe NASA would have allowed them to rescan all the film so who knows...
