H-Alpha Solar Activity 6th September

Some nice surface features in this double stacked hydrogen alpha image. Taken with the 127mm refractor and 174 chipped camera. Best 100 stacked from 2000 taken. Thanks for looking.

Very impressive and so mesmerising. This really highlights how active the Sun is.

Thanks Paul. Yes the sun continues to be interesting despite in the throes of minimum. At higher magnifications the activity is more obvious.
