I wonder how do they ensure the legality of the deed 100years from now (or however long it takes to get there)?
Probably no need since no-one will ever contest it... or not?
Maybe there is no solid ground there, but there is a lot of fist class fuel (methane)
So there may be a lot interest from wannabe entrepreneurs...

Should of read the fine print mate... "This is a novel gift for entertainment purposes only"

Fine print or not, it is not a particularly good display of good sense of humour.. should we invoke section 18 c ??
