This item is being reduced to a nominal and negotiable $350. Why? I took it to an Epson service centre and after some examination they determined that orange and Cyan ink flow is non existent because the print heads need changing and actually this must be done for all colours which will cost a whopping $1500! Not worth it for a casual user but if you really want a professional printer for say half price it may be worth having it fixed. Remember it comes with a complete set of spare ink cartridges and canvass rolls etc.
If you have a need for a large, professional digital printer this 17" Epson Pro 4900 could be a great bargain for you.
It was purchased to print art works on to canvass but can do almost any other job too. it comes with a complete set of ink cartridges worth close to $1000. There are also quite a few accessories, including rolls of canvass ready for printing - around $200 per roll. The whole bundle from new would cost around $4000. This needs to be sold and is part of the same batch of items as the camera equipment I am also selling from my friend's estate. It is unused!
