Cats Paw SHO

I wanted to get RGB for the stars but i don't think i will be able this year, the lights of Darwin are interfering now
Ha 7x20min
OIII 7x30min
SII 7x 20 min
Flt 132, moravian g2 8300, -25 deg, great for up here, no darks or flats, baader 7nm filters
Still working on processing.

Detail looks good, especially on that cocoon looking paw on the bottom left. Not sure where that cyan colour is coming from though.

If your using PixInsight for processing... Did you use the LinearFit?

Detail is great!

We suspect you've got your S and O channels reversed, so it's OHS not SHO.

Very cool palette. I like how it accentuates the little turquoise ridges. Very nice.

I see what you mean after comparing it with other narrowband images but i can't get it right, still working on it, thanks for the insight

Yeah Col, i did use linear fit, but i am going to start from scratch and reprocess

I tried LinearFit once and then decided against it from there. I find that simply Black and Colour Calibrating the image is a lot better in the long run.
