What if all these conspiracy theories were BS...
...and it was all just made up to confuse and divert political discourse; essentially a conspiracy of conspiracy theorists? :-)

There's two that immediately spring to mind...

The Cocktail putsch of 1933 & the recent (designed to fail) coup in Turkey... very clever move there from the chaps at Langley (and Tel Aviv). I think even Putin would applaud.

It's interesting to see that the 'flat earth' nonsense is gaining steam lately. I don't think it actually qualifies as a conspiracy theory though ... Perhaps just a simple case of 'poisoning the well' (of genuine conspiracies)

Hey Clive,

At risk of sounding thicker than average, what is the reference to Langley? I know that coming from you it'll be worth asking the question, and I'm sure you'll have a link to point me to that will explain it all admirably
