Quick snaps

Hi all,

Saw Mars for the first time last night!

Planing on some pics with my dslr. I got some with my iPhone but are shockers.......

Here is yesterday.

Daniel,
I guess you gotta start somewhere. Mars is bright, looks like the iphone's auto exposure couldn't handle it. At least you can tell it's a disc and not just a point of light. Yeah, give your DSLR a go. I did a few weeks back and got quite a reasonable result ( see my post in late April of this forum), that should inspire you. Don't worry, you'll improve on this I'm sure.

I know my dslr will make the pics 100 times better. These are rubbish and I have taken much better shots. Camera needed charging.........
