For those who don't follow the news - courtesy of the Federal Budget the AUD exchange rate has now rapidly plummeted. As a consequence the brand new prices for all Takashashi gear here in Australia will now most likely rise again in the next week or so.
The extender Q-1.6 also includes 2 additional 2' adapters. The first is a 2' drawtube adapter so the extender can be attached to any telescope with a 2' drawtube and doesnt need to used only with Takahashi nor does it have to be threaded/screwed on. The other 2' adapter allows 2' eyepieces or diagonals to be attached and used with the extender Q.
