- 1.25" Ronchi tester. This is a grating that can be used to test the optical quality of a telescope optics. Comes with instructions and diagnosis chart for all common and some not so common defects. SOLD.

Bird showed me how to precisely collimate both the secondary and primary with the autocollimator last year and I wanted one ever since.

I found one at scopestuff.com, along with the Ronchi tester (and the Antares Elites). These ones that I'm selling are an extra set I had thrown in with the same shipment. Both items are brand new.

Autocollimators are cool. They let you get a guaranteed optical collimation between the primary and secondary. Everyone who owns a newt should have one :-)

The autocollimator I had for sale seems to have gone already. Or I put it in a very safe place. Try Scopestuff. That's where I got them. Their shipping charges are very reasonable.
