Sunday, April 10th, 2016 - AR2529

Active Region 2529 is gorgeous and immense. I have placed the Earth in the image for showing relative size. The second image is a "warp" of the Sun's surface to show what AR2529 looks like from above. 3D modeling "warp" using software package PlanetWarp. So, this is what AR2529 would look like from orbit.
