All you Musical Astronomers.

This is a call to all musicians who will be attending the IISAC 2007.
Bring your instruments with you please.
During daylight hours we can get together and have fun, once the late night people wake up, maybe even entertain everyone.
A concert is not on the schedule, but hey, it could be arranged.....
Or maybe just a Jam.
As long as Iceman approves of course.

Mike.

Does a didgeridoo count? It IS astronomical anyway, kind of - it's kinda like small diameter, all timber, indigenous version of a dob, using the tried and true "foot mount", and with an unusually decorated OTA.

mmm stars at night and stars during the day . There is nothing like a jam to "bond"whatever. It is wonderful meeting another muso for the first time and "talking"to each other with your weapon of choice, in my case an ""axe" in Steves case a "club" . Have to be unplugged .
Has anyone heard a certain leading Australian astronomer play guitar? A great surprise to find such talent... can you guess to whom I refer??
