I'm not looking to buy these as I have the latest version the binotron-27 but if you don't have binos you really should consider these-they are the rolls Royce of binos. Couple them with a pair of LOA 21mm 3D EPs and your world will change!

Thanks for the recommendation OC. The included Denk 21mm EPs are not to be sneezed at either.

This really is a great bit of kit. Two eyes are way better than one. Especially if you suffer from floaters.

The only reason I'm selling these is because I no longer spend enough time observing to justify having them.

Absolutely the 21mm pair is great. I am awaiting testing the LOAs under dark skies before writing about them but I can say the view of ETa Carina from a light polluted suburb on a moonlit night with a puny 6" scope was nothing short of life changing.

You need binos first but then add the LOAs (and you can) you will see multiple layers of gas all at different distances -it's like the opening sequence of Star Trek voyager!

+1 on the LOA's. I have one of the first batch Russ produced and they are awesome. You will never look at a Globular again the same way.
