PRICE REDUCED - TAKAHASHI FSQ106N "FLUORITE" QUADRUPLET APO ASTROGRAPH

They do not make this unit anymore, they do an excellent FSQ106EDX4 which has a lens (like all Takahashi's) that is made by Canon - BUT - they do not make this Fluorite Quad which is a much higher capability and quality unit.

I have two of these wonderful FSQ106N Fluorite units with this wonderful Canon lens - I do not need both.

The current model FSQ106EDX4 is $ 6,745 on AEC's webpage. BUT - this is the current ED model, NOT this Fluorite model which is more prized and valuable.

You simply will not see these come up available very often anywhere globally all that often. From me you will only see this once off opportunity as I am keeping the other unit to compare with my other 100mm quad that I have from SharpStar - and my three Sky Rover sextuplets (80, 100 and 130mm) that I have.

So this unit is simply going to sit there and not get used.

Supply is OTA plus original 50mm Takahashi finderscope, finderscope bracket and clamshell, all original Takahashi gear.

Price is $ 5,500.

Shipment available nationally in original Takahashi packaging cardboard box at cost.

BUT - please be mindful that this is NOT the current ED Glass quad model, this is the premier N "Fluorite" model which they no longer do which is a lot more valuable than the current model. Plus much higher in capability.
