Mobile Phone eyepiece adaptors

This probably has been dealt with on here before (search was inconclusive though), but what's the latest wisdom on cell phone adaptors for taking pics through the eyepiece, especially what models/designs and suppliers would you recommended?

These would be great to have for outreach work. Patrons tend to get a major kick out of taking their own pics through the EP, especially of the Moon & planets. Would like to make that a bit more efficient.

Thanks Bojan, will look into this, though the first step I think will be one for multiple phone models.
