Last nights moon

Had my first try at putting together a lunar mosaic - despite atrocious viewing conditions including rain, cloud, and wind, I am pretty happy with how it all turned out

Getting a bit desperate for some clear night skies...I am starting to think astronomy is a winter sport in Queensland!

Sorry - always forget to put in the equipment details - Nikon D810 DSLR, Celestron 1100 EdgeHD, Celestron DX mount. Processed using PIPP, Registax, and Photoshop. 18 image mosaic.
