First attempt at through the telescope astrophotography

So finally got some relatively clear skies and a chance to try out my new telescope. The alignment was much better and I felt a bit more in control of what was happening! Had a go at some through the telescope photography for the first time ever - I know it is nothing flash, but I learned a heap and can't wait to give it another go (and do a few things differently!).

Jupiter, and the lunar landscape.

Cindi,
Well done!
It's always good to have a presentable outcome to your first (or early) trials, great encouragement to continue with the practise, practise, prac.....

Onwards (and definitely) Upwards.
