NGC 891 and Abell 347

NGC 891 is an edge-on galaxy, and Abell 347 is a galaxy cluster, both located in the constellation of Andromeda.

This is a stack of 34 x 8 minute exposures with 4.5 hours of total exposure, taken with a refractor with 130mm of aperture and 819mm of focal length at f/6.3. It was taken with a full-spectrum modifed Canon T3i (600D) and no filter at ISO 800.

Really nice work with DSLR and refractor! I have to extend my exposure time for Virgo Cluster and Fornax Cluster

Great shot Jerry. The colors are rich and I like the rather "dark" view of the whole composition. It gives a "far away" look.
