Orion ortho in 7mm focal length. Made in Japan in the 90's if my research serves me well. Very sharp eyepiece, however I prefer my XW in 7mm.

Small mark under the "Or." as seen in pic, purely cosmetic.

In response to a couple of questions:

Appears to be a version of the circle T orthos, which were branded by a few companies such as university optics. Pictured is the older orion (silver barrel) and the UO versions. This EP seems to be very similar, if not the same with black barrel. These Orion ones are not stamped so cannot confirm circle-whatever. You have to be a historian to figure this stuff out!
