Takahashi Epsilon 180ED

I've had this beast for a number of years but haven't used it for a while. At F2.8 it is very fast but at that speed the collimation is crucial. It is not well suited to big heavy CCD cameras because their weight causes the focuser to sag slightly which affects the collimation. It would be best suited for a DSLR or smaller CCD camera. It comes with rings and a Losmandy compatible dovetail plate. The price for a new one at OPT is currently US$5400 excluding shipping charges and this is for the tube assembly only.

My price is $3400 plus shipping or the nearest reasonable offer.

Contact me on 0404070372 or stevec@pcug.org.au for further information.
