Astrofest M33

Well now that I'm in Holland with nothing but my hotel, a computer, some unprocessed astrofest photos, and a strong cold given to me as a parting gift from my beloved what else should I do other than finally process photos.

This was M33 from this year's Astrofest.

Taken on a Meade ED80, QHY10, 3h 20min total with 5min subs.

Thoughts? Critiques? Praises? Insults?

Nice Chris! For an object that is trimming the tip of the threes a very remarkable rendition!
Cheers

Thanks guys.

Was trying something new with the processing this time. I actually followed a work flow rather than blindly winging it.

Ebola ? Because I've spent 3 days in a new country in the middle of the World Port Days festival and I've spent most of that in bed. Actually this is probably payback for when we went to Europe and my girlfriend was sick but I made her climb all the 340 steps to the top of St Stephens Cathedral in Vienna anyway. Karma is a female dog.

Awesome, great to hear. I did it on my laptop instead of my colour corrected monitor and I let PI's colour calibration routines run it instead of doing it by eye, so I had absolutely no faith in how it looks.

Cheers,

Well if you insist, full resolution it still looks very much like M33, just with more blurry pixels

Saw that one on FB. Pretty sweet. Love the contrast you got in the dust lanes. Makes me want to redo(do) mine again.
