Thanks Mike - really appreciate your coments. It was a bit tricky but overall I 'm happy with the result.
Sigh, just when you feel like you're getting somewhere with AP a new glitch shows up - this one's a bit wierd too - might try getting som Ha data from home later this week and see if that sharp arc goes away.

I occassionally see curved rings like that on my CDK from out of shot bright star reflections. I don't see them so much now I have flocked my scope. The clue is the perfect curve.
