Yeah not even a good practical joke, but.... do you realise that there actually are bugs (bacteria) that eat rock. I work occasionally at the local gold mine here in Tas and the gold extraction plant uses a bug, that they originally found in a tailings dam in europe somewhere, to eat the rock and leave the gold. Lives in a really acidic environment too. Wierd huh.
