Hi All,

Just wanted to register my appreciation of, and thanks to, the people at Andrew's Comms.

I purchased a pair of binoculars for casual astro viewing. The bino's had to make the arduous trek from Sydney to the Pilbara, and at some point they went out of collimation (despite being in an aluminium padded case, bubble wrapped and encased in two layers of cardboard).

When I contacted Andrew's, their immediate response was to have me send them back for either repair or replacement at their cost.

All very pleasant and no drama's involved (other than Auspost swinging the bino's between NSW & Victoria for a week!).

Andrews are fantastic. I wrote up a thread last year praising their quality of service and competitive pricing.

I have bought my Lunt and RCA off them and very happy.

I bought some stuff from them a few weeks ago. Extremely good customer service, and gave me a lot of good advice. And great price. Will definately go back.
