Yeah... I have considered what it would be like to live in NZ on more than one occasion... what troubles me though is; what happens for those years when summer falls on a week day?
Is there like a public holiday in lieu or something?

Several times during my working career I encountered bosses who preferred to hire Kiwis over Aussies. I agreed. Kiwis generally were more reliable and had a better work ethic. Aussie city boys had much to be desired. Although Aussie country boys I found to be good workers.

For the record. I am an Aussie.
