The Tele Vue MRS-4011 Mount Ring Set for 4” Diameter Tube provides a rigid means of holding any 4" diameter telescope tube. The mount rings attach a Tele Vue telescope to your mount. The individual rings can be spaced any distance apart or from 5.5" to 6.5" apart with the accessory bar or bottom plate attached. This flexibility allows the Mount Ring Set to accommodate a variety of mounts. Each ring has 2 accessory channels with 10-32 tapped holes, and a 1/4"-20 tapped hole on the top and bottom to accept the accessory bar, the bottom plate, a stud, or a bolt as necessary. The included bottom plate (BPL-1098) is drilled to mate to a variety of mounts or mounting adapter plates, including the AVT-1011 Vixen Mount Adapter and G5H-3016 Gibraltar5 Head.
Dual rings each have bat-handle locks, and 2 Tele Vue accessory slots for ring-mounted accessories such as Starbeam, Sol-Searcher, Piggy-Cam, etc.
Adjustable top plate is for spacing the ring set and adding additional accessories
Bottom of each ring is drilled for 1/4"-20 hardware
