*PRICE SLASHED * SBIG ST2000XM plus

Ok the CCD I want has finally come up so the SBIG ST2000XM is for sale.

Here is an example image I took with it (3hrs 40 min LRGB-Ha on IC2944):
http://www.astrobin.com/176758/D/

Included:
ST2000XM in excellent condition with integral CFW9A filterwheel
Baader LRGB 1.25" filters
Baader 7nm Ha 1.25" filter
Baader OIII and SII 1.25" filters
Power supply (AC)
Pelican case
Software
Cables

The ST2000XM also has an integral guide chip so no need for an OAG or guidescope.

A BARGAIN at $1250 POSTED (the filters cost 3/4 of that!!!!). A great camera for intermediate imagers.

I have seriously been thinking of delving into the world of monochrome imaging for quite some time now, this would be a good way of getting into it! I did have my eye set on a brand new QHY9 that comes with a filter wheel but it's more than twice the price.

For now, should probably start with the ST2000XM and upgrade in the future

I think I have to say yes! It'll go well with a SkyWatcher ED100 Gold Refractor and could do some high mag deep sky with my 10" LX200
