Cleaning eyepieces

What's the best way to clean eyepieces?

I've been using the same alcohol spray and microfibre cloth I use to clean my glasses when they get grotty, but I'm wondering if this is entirely the way to go with multicoated precision optics.

None of my eyepieces are hugely expensive high end ones, but I want to look after what I've got as best I can!

I have the "no alcohol" spray from Specsavers so I'm curious too.
