Hotech

Has anyone used the $500 Hotech co-alignment collimator? Are they worth the money? More importantly do they allow accurate and speedy collimation?

I bought all the their Hotech gear a while ago and used it extensively on my C11. IMHO yes it is worth the money. There is a procedure to become familiar with, but once you've got it, you can align a defective scope very accurately. Lots of video tutorials online.

Cheers

Dear Multiweb, many thanks! Spending $500 on a collimator requires a leap of faith. Knowing the thing actually works is brilliant!
