Thanks for that. That laser certainly would certainly do a better job of burning ants on the ground than using a magnifying glass.

The actual laser body looks suspiciously like a modified Electronic cigarette tube, which typically use the 18650 batteries that is mentioned.

Turns out when one searches Google for "E-cigarette Light Sabre", that putting laser Mods to Electronic cigarettes is indeed what is happening.

What's more, I came across one chap who bought a laser for a couple of dollars, who found that when he unscrewed the top off it, the battery took his e-cigarette atomisers so that he could vape with it.

Sorry been away for the last few weeks and just saw this.

Meh, not powerful enough for my liking.
BTW I don't condone this sort of practice, very very dangerous and people shouldn't be trying things like this.
Eyesight could be lost in one or both eyes before you could even blink with such high powered devices.
