Excellent Brad! What lens did you use for the bee-eaters? And I assume you were using the K-5?

Thanks all, i am working my way though the 10 days worth shots, to answer the questions i was using a 60-250mm da pentax lens on a k-3(need to update the profile ) mostly from a small boat, birds seem to ignore you from a boat allowing a much closer approach, not to mention the fact that in a boat you can concentrate and mostly ignore the croc,s. The kingfisher did not get the dragon fly he was just dreaming......they are fast but a dragonfly is faster

and here,s the proof they are indeed rainbow bee eaters.......a male presenting to a female and then she accepting. Two rivals waiting to do their presentation they are a quick and dirty processing but you get the idea

thanks for the encouragement i will try to process some more
regards brad
