You may not be aware that you can have both photoshop and lightroom on your computer for $9.99 a month. You need to sign up for a year but at about $120 a year its a very cheap option. Details at

I've been on the $9.99 per month PS + LR deal since the end of last year and I think it's well worth it.
However you should check as I think it reverts back to $19.99 per month, which is the normal price for PS CC, after a year.
