Fantastic shot Louie. This object is mostly overlooked for the more dynamic fair in the area but you show here how it can be a rather photogenic subject and the galactic cirrus thrown in there really boosts the appeal too, nice job mate

Wow, Louie. Well done, mate! With the venerable FSQ, too.

Somehow you've made a dwarf galaxy look really pretty. I love the powdery appearance. It's a surprisingly photogenic field, when done right like you have.

I love it!

Started a run on an obscure duo of galaxies myself - 2 hrs up my sleeve so far (and I am NOT sharing that dim data for laughter )

Nice cirrus Louie. And; certainly I am happy to admit that I have overlooked this object myself. Having an FSQ I really ought to do a run on this object.

Nice one Louie.
I will be aiming for the more elusive Sculptor dwarf.

Regards

Steven

This is a great shot. The Fornax Dwarf is really faint, despite being so close - indeed one of its globular clusters was found before the galaxy itself!

Geez that's a challenge Louie!!

Nice work!

Tried a couple of subs on this but switched to another target. Might have another go after seeing this.

Cheers,

Justin.
