Barnard 87

Here is B87 represented with two cameras.
1. Central DS cooled 60da -wide view with Orion Eon 110mm refactor and WO 0.8 FF/Reducer
2. GSO RC 10 LRGB with SBIG STT 8300 and SGFW.
It is a dark nebula in Sagittarius, about a 1000 light years away.
I couldn't find much info on this, so maybe it's not as glamorous as its deep sky neighbours.
It's called the Parrot Head Nebula. Barnard described it as a parrot lying on its back.

I like these, even though I can't see a Parrot. Yet.
Is there a larger version I can access Graham? I had a play with these ones to satisfy my curiousity and need to fiddle, and would like to try out the process on a pic with higher res.
Well done.

I can see the Parrot. I think it's probably a Norwegian Blue pining for the fjords. Great target, Graham!
