yep I'll definitely be coming, unless the weather is totally crap. I'll reserve I bunk if I can! (bring your own flea-proof sheet for those mattresses..)

As far as I am aware, the bunks are first in best dressed. Also I have been advised that as they are in a room that can be frequented by others, camping is the best option.

yes bunks are first in best.. they are in the common rm/shed -which houses the kitchen / table at one end -bunks are down the other end

Camping areas are good and plentiful. Be sure to stop off at Gaffney's bakery in Heathcote for some goodies to munch on while viewing. I hope to be there also!

haha, I was joking when referring to the reservation system, yes first in-best dressed, though the way this weather is going, I might not even make it! If it's crappy, I'll go the following week.

Friday for me also.
Sorting out food to take, a seriously important undertaking! Is there a microwave available in the club room?
Brunch at a local winery is looking good........

The facilities are decent but I always get nervous about upsetting someone using the microwave at 4am for a sessional snack

Good news on the microwave, thanks.
Possible 24hr use, wandering red lights and food smells in the building promote camping to a new level above grabbing a bunk!!!!

I have seen people doing that Jen, if it reduces the light, it can only be a good thing... I hope...
i think it comes down to respect - if you dont bother people you can do most things.
