Come with case, original packaging, Getting Started manual, Canon CD Rom ver. 68.0 (contains full manual and ZoomBrowser for Windows and Mac), interface cable, and stereo AV cable - all pretty much as when I purchased it a couple of years ago.
Brief specs - 12x optical Zoom, 12.1 mega pixels, lens 5.0-60.0mm 1:3.4-5.6, and Image Stabilisation.
No SD Card or batteries are included.
