This is a fantastic scope - rated in the top 4 best 4" refractors of all time.
Comes with focal reducer (makes it f/6.4) (worth $250 alone) and tube rings.
Price is a FIRM $1500 posted nationwide.
Mount, guidescope, camera etc NOT for sale - just the bare bones OTA with the rings and focal reducer. NOTE: the focuser now has only the standard knobs - I reverted it back to stock standard.
Picture shows the integral dew heater (has a connection on the outside of the hood).
Hard to beat this one visually (up there same as the Taks), and it is darned impressive photographically - see my M78 picture taken with the reduced FL102S:
