Anyone fro SEQ heading to Siding Springs SP in Oct?

I'm toying with the possibility of towing my caravan down to Coonabarabran for this weekend (Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th is the program) probably leave here on the 1st and plan on being back here by the 7th - and wondering if anyone else is thinking of going down?

Happy to offer a lift to any starters.

I'm sharing accommodation with Petra, if she gets back from the US in time.

Have fun. I've decided against going. Mainly the flamin' cost of 1400 km dragging a van then caravan park costs, all for a night at the pub. Seems vaguely askew to me.
