After I am completely convinced that the best telescope for my 3.5 m. dome is the C14, I want to free up space in my garage and I want to sell my large telescopes, because I am sure that I will no longer use them.
I have in the drawers of a newton 500mm optics, with the primary without coated aluminum because I measured it in the apparatus of Foucault (is good...). I also have the secondary mirror and spider and primary barrel; but as this telescope was mounted in an observatory the barrel is quite heavy.
I also have a Meade DS16 400mm equatorial. I made some small improvements in the mechanical parts of the tube and dismounted equatorial drive weel, because the system is very bad. I own a much better quality bronze wormweel, but I have not time to install it, in years

.
And finally I have my beloved 440mm. newton equatorial fork mount. Fantastic optics, carved by a great local craftsman (and good friend), and a mount that was my personal engineering project for years, before I have a definitive site for my dome. The telescope is finished with Goto (pic-goto), ready to intall in a serious observatory. It's just too big for my dome, but it is the telescope of my dreams ...
I know I'm far from Australia, but here are friends from around the world ... I can send pictures of the equipment and answer all questions. And I will appreciate any help to sell them.
