How To Fix A Loose Secondary Mirror On An LX200

I discovered that the secondary mirror on my 10" Meade LX200R is loose. Couldn't figure out why I had to re collimate it all the time until it shifted while collimating it. My Meade is a 2008 vintage.

Would appreciate any tips , notes or references on how to remedy this. I imagine the collector plate has to come out and the secondary tightened somehow. Having two left hands this is a rather daunting task for me.

Cheers

Rob

Is it that the mirror is loose, or the secondary holder is loose on the corrector plate and the whole secondary assembly can turn?

This link might help: http://www.kantbelievemyeyes.com/LX2...yAssembly.html
