Mare Humorum and Crater Gassendi

This if my first ever try at eyepiece projection. It was easy to setup and gives clear images with good image scale. I'm a bit worried however, at how far out the projection tube and the camera extend from the focuser (the back of the camera is about 45cm from the OTA).

Subject: Mare Humorum and Crater Gassendi (Moon 85% waxing)
Date: 06Aug06
Scope: LXD-75 SN-8 (26mm Eyepiece Projection ) F=?, Red 23A filter
Camera: Mintron 13V1C, Shutter 1/500; AGC +0; Gamma 0.45
Exposure: Stack 300/400 sorted by Registax.
Processing: Registax, Photoshop.

Yes, pretty pleased. I'm interested to see how this method compares to using my Televue Powermate/barlow combination.

Nice image, looks like focus is a tad soft. I guess focus must be very hard doing EP projection and a video camera.
