Perth cloud free ?!

Skippy Sky is showing there's a good chance of a cloud free night, been about 5 weeks since the last one as far as I can remember, and on a new moon no less!.... Too good to be true?
I'm tempting fate by setting up, but it's looking pretty darn good right now, all fingers and toes are crossed!

Yep I'm set up too. Got the 16 and 18 out ready to go in the back yard. Going to take the big girl out into the bush tomorrow night.

It was looking good here an hour ago, but now it's stuffed again.

I haven't hooked up power to mine I'm just freeballin' between Mars and Saturn at the moment no dew on the secondaries as yet. Got @350x with the 6mm Ethos, little fuzzy on Mars but Saturn quite sharp. Moments of good seeing, getting better as the night goes on.

I've left my rig out there snapping away while I eat dinner, dew straps on.
The laptop, battery box and mount were dripping when I headed inside.
Hoping everything is fine when I get back out there

I finally upgraded my g11 to a Gemini 2 in March. Thursday was the first night I was able to try it out!
Sunday night is looking good too, thanks to the public holiday on Monday I might just head to dark skies with the dob.
Bloody weather !!!
