Very dodgy looking. They suggest it has range finding capabilities by the "GREAT RANGE FINDING AND SPOTTING " bit but that's very tricky wording and they don't look like they have such capabilities... let alone being 90mm aperture or 60x magnification! They look like 60mm aperture. Perhaps 9x magnification???

And so affordable for such a great deal

As you said, it's sadly amusing.

Roger.

No way are they as high powered as listed on eBay, chances are those are coverage distances at 1000m or some such.

However they are Baigish Binoculars, made in the city of Kazan (Tartistan), one of the former states of the USSR by KOMZ a well respected and old Russian optical manufacturer.

If they are like most Russian binoculars they will be built like a tank, appear sloppy mechanically and give images anywhere from fair to outstanding, though from a Russian amateur astronomer friend the KOMZ binoculars aren't that good for astronomical observing as they tend to ghost on bright objects, however they do have as a general rule excellent pinpoint images to around 90% of the FOV.
