David (Omegacrux) wanted to see what his SW80ED (Gold Tube) might be capable of so we attached my eos600D and took some moon shots and a few Saturns.
A couple of the Luna ones are attached but the Saturn ones didn't impress enough pixels to make the grade.
I can see where an electronic focuser is a nice thing after trying to manually focus on his Sky Watcher Alt-Az. A nice mount but even using the dual speed focuser was a vibrational affair.
Still it's a start.
