Mars

The local paper published a article stating that Mars will be the closest it has been to Earth for at least 5000 years on August 27. For A event of this importance to have been kept quiet up to now seems surprising. Don't tell me the local rag has got it wrong?
Rastis.

Yep, they got it all wrong.
I got this email the other day stating all this. Every detail in it was so way off it made me laugh. In one sentence it would state that Mars was 25.75arc sec's in diameter and the next sentence would say that to the naked eye it would appear as large as the moon!
lol
