I bought this some years ago and pretty much haven't used it. It's now completely redundant to my needs given that I sold my old C14 a while back. The device is a JMI Crayford focuser with electronic control and is intended for use with Schmidt Cassegrains but I'm sure it could be adapted for other purposes. Checking the JMI web page I see that the current generation of these focusers go for about US$500. I'm asking $250 plus shipping or the nearest reasonable offer.
