Saturn & Mars 10/5/14

It seems that I say that just about every time I post a planetary image but these ones have blown the rest of my images out the water I think.
Maybe it helps seeing as I used the phillips cam and it's in colour but they came out good, I kind of wished I had a go at Jupiter too now.

I'm not sure where I can improve so if anyone has any pointers be it in processing or whatever I'm all ears. Is it worth taking them to winjupos?

Taken with the 6" f/8 newt, tal x3 and Phillips webcam.
And processed in AS!2 and the unsharp mask and contrast in Photoshop CS5.

Those are great shots of Mars & Saturn, little on the blue side, but a good amount of detail.

Thanks, yeah there is a touch of blue which I need to sort out. I have been shooting in mono lately so I am not all that fresh with the colour.

Might not be fresh with the color, but the color looks "cool"...
