Beltmod EQ6

Ordered myself a rowan astronomy belt kit for my mount, should be interesting to see how its performance improves.

Thought I'd use the opertunity to check the mounts mechanics out as well as it felt a bit... weird in places.

Currently Elbow deep in the mount, any places people recommend to give close attention to where swarf and the like will accumulate and cause issue?

What a coincidence I ordered my kit from David last week as well, waiting for Aust Post to leave a card in mailbox for me to pick up.

I received my SKF 608-2RSH worm bearings from RS Components last week, I haven't ordered any Delrin spacers though, hoping the original ones are in good condition.

I hoping to get it finished before Brisbane goes into its dry season and this rain goes away.

Regards
Bill
