By Design (ABC Radio National 573) this morning featured a discussion about light pollution. The precis from the programme's website says:
"Light pollution is like air pollution in that it changes the quality of out world. Architect Mark Major asks us to consider the way we use light, and to take a walk on the dark side - to consider the power of darkness and the view when looking up at the sky and the stars."
