Rawtherapee???

Has anyone tried Rawtherapee for post processing astro shots?

I just read about it on Cloudy Nights. An alternative to Gimp, maybe?

I can't afford Photoshop so am trying to find the best alternative without mortgaging the house.

I played with it a couple of years ago as a replacement for lightroom. It wasn't quite there yet back then but they've been actively developing it since so it might be time to give it another go.

From memory it had quite a good workflow for photo processing, not sure how it would go for astro work though...

Doesn't cost anything so give it a go
